Brewery Sales Manager
The Sales Representative reports to the Operations Manager and Ownership. The role has many responsibilities and expectations. In general, some of those are:
- Develop and document a clear, specific, growth-oriented sales strategy using:
- Have a confident, focused, determined execution ability.
- Have and maintain a healthy relationship with alcohol and the ability to be exposed to same on a consistent basis.
- Build relationships.
- Become an expert on the Charlotte craft beer market by utilizing your existing experience and actively building your knowledge each day.
- Collaborate in a healthy, positive, supportive way with all departments including Marketing, Brewing/packaging, Sales/Distro, Management/Ownership, Accounting
