Valentine’s Day Chef’s Table — A Three-Course Dining Experience by Executive Chef Chris Davis

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an intimate Chef’s Table dining experience at Suffolk Punch SouthPark, designed by Executive Chef Chris Davis. Enjoy an elevated evening of refined flavors and a beautifully curated three-course prix fixe menu, created exclusively for the occasion.

This exclusive event will transform our space into an upscacle dining experience.

$75 per person (Plus Taxes & Fees)

The Evening’s Courses

First Course

Lobster Bisque

A rich, slow-simmered lobster bisque finished with tender lobster, toasted croutons, crème fraîche, tarragon, and herb oil.

Blackberry Beet Salad

Roasted red beets and fresh blackberries with feta, toasted pine nuts, frisée, and a house cranberry vinaigrette.

 

Second Course

Land & Sea

Hand-cut filet and a golden crab cake served with béarnaise, cherry demi-glace, and fresh asparagus.

Butternut Squash Ravioli

Fresh pasta filled with roasted squash, finished in a brown butter cream sauce with pine nuts, spinach, and crispy sage.

 

Dessert

Red Velvet Cake

Moist red velvet cake layered with cream cheese icing and chocolate shavings

Strawberry Cheesecake

Creamy cheesecake with graham cracker crust and house strawberry compote
